Notes:
When using a mold without a firm bottom or plastic structure (like the silicone seashell molds pictured here), I like to place the entire mold on a piece of cardboard, making it much easier to transport to the freezer without any spillage. Got any leftover mixture? Put it in a silicone mold to make yummy pupsicles!
Nutrition Tips:
Blue spirulina is an all-natural supplement that supports the immune & digestive systems. It is packed with macronutrients and when mixed with other foods, it acts like nature’s food coloring, adding a vibrant blue hue to products such as kefir.
Kefir's superpower? Its probiotics! With 61 strains of bacteria and yeast, it's a gut health superhero, fending off infections and supporting digestion. Plus, it's packed with protein, calcium, vitamin K, B vitamins, magnesium, and potassium, all vital for a healthy body! Goat’s milk kefir is even lower in lactose than regular kefir.
Salmon is fin-tastic for your pup! Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids, it keeps cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood pressure levels in check, all while being a digestible tasty treat that boasts a hefty dose of protein. Look for high-quality salmon that is low in contaminates to be as nutrient dense as possible
