We design our products with the happiness of the pet in mind, and the functionality and convenience aimed at the pet parent’s experience.  In addition to making our products in our hometown of Bozeman, Montana we also employ vendors to manufacture select products in other facilities in the US and beyond.  When we choose to work outside of our factory, we personally visit and qualify our partners to bring exceptional quality and value to our customers.

In the development of our new Outings® Treat Pouch, the product designers at West Paw partnered with a Vietnam-based specialist.  Our partner not only brings the quality construction and manufacturing expertise that we can proudly stand behind, but also meets our high standards of ethical practices, human rights and environmental management.  We partnered with the Pet Sustainability Coalition to develop our Vendor Standards that apply to all our vendor partners.  These standards are based on well-respected and recognized international standards, including International Labor Organization, United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and industry best practice.
